We are currently in the process of upgrading and restoring our manufacturing facility at C-167, Sayakha Industrial Estate, Vagra, Gujarat. This phase includes equipment overhaul, quality lab expansion, and production line improvements to enhance capacity and consistency.
During this period, we continue to supply all 250+ dye grades from inventory and through our established supply network, with no interruption to order processing or dispatch timelines.
Yobai Industries launched a fully redesigned website with individual product pages for 40 key dye grades, a technical resources section, and improved procurement information — making it easier for buyers to evaluate, specify, and enquire about the right dye without needing a phone call first.
Yobai Industries formally registered under GST (GST Registered), enabling full ITC-compliant invoicing for industrial buyers across India and strengthening our position as a formal, accountable supply chain partner.
Yobai Industries achieved ISO certification — a formal recognition of our quality management systems and commitment to consistent processes, documentation, and product standards.
The YOBISOL (Solvent Dyes) and REACTOBOND (Reactive Dyes) ranges were consolidated alongside our Acid and Direct Dye ranges, bringing the total to 250+ grades across 4 dye families with 500 MT monthly production capacity.
An in-house quality control laboratory was set up at the Sayakha facility for batch-level testing of colour strength, solubility, and shade matching. This allows us to issue batch-specific TDS before every dispatch — not just a general datasheet.
